As a full day of activities are scheduled for Sunday, participants are encouraged not to depart until Monday, May 20th.
Note:
American Airlines is the only carrier with flights into College Station’s Easterwood Airport (CLL). However, those arriving on flights in CLL prior to 6:30 PM 5:30 PM can access FREE ground transportation from the airport to the Conference Hotel using the TAMU AggieSpirit Bus Service (TAMU Bus Route 7). The bus stop is located just to the left as you exit the terminal (last pickup time is 7:00 PM 6:00 PM each day). Those arriving later than ~ 6:30 PM 5:30 PM will need to use other ground transportation options. (Note: sorry for these changes in time from what we were previously told). The ride to the hotel venue is ~15 minutes, while the return ride from the hotel to CLL is ~35 minutes.
Travel Options to the Conference:
1. Flights into College Station’s Easterwood Airport (CLL) which are only serviced by American Airlines. [Note: It is typically more expensive to fly into CLL]
2. Flights into Houston (IAH or HOU) or Austin (AUS) and then secure transportation to College Station.

There are several options for renting cars at the airports (CLL, IAH, HOU, AUS) with different companies, along with Uber and Lyft services.

1. AggieSpirit Bus Service – Free transit service to/from Easterwood Airport and the Hotel Conference Center via TAMU Bus Route 07 (See Departure and Arrival Times)
