The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will serve as the conference venue.
Conference participants will enjoy a reduced rate of $189/night (plus tax), free parking and a free continental breakfast.
Rooms can be reserved at our reduced rate by accessing the Reservation Site. Reservations need to be made by April 24th in order to receive the reduced conference rate.
Rooms may be reserved with a personal Credit Card, and then paid for with a different card (e.g., University travel card) upon arrival.
Alternate Lodging is available for those wishing to lodge elsewhere, but no shuttles will be available to bring participants to and from the Conference Center. However, free parking will be available to all participants who drive to the Conference Venue.
