Registration: On-site registration for the meeting will begin at 7:30 am, Saturday, October 3 in front of the meeting room. The on-site registration fee will be $250.00 for PIs/guests and students/post docs (US$), payable by cash or check. (no credit cards)
The registration fee (U.S. dollars) includes the meeting abstract booklet, refreshments at breaks and luncheons on each of the two full days of the workshop (Saturday and Sunday), and a dinner on Saturday night at the event venue.
Online payment with a credit card is being offered using this system. Prior to September 1, the fee is $200. There are fees associated with using a credit card and the online service; with the credit card fee and the service charge, the total registration fee will be $210.00.
After September 1, the online registration fee will increase to $250; with the credit card fee and the service charge, the total late fee will be $260.00.
Abstract: Abstract deadline is September 1, 2026. Email your completed Abstract Submission Form to [email protected] by September 1, 2026. Designate on the form if you wish to present orally or with a poster.
